We are inviting to all parents, school managements, abacus centers to participate in 1st Online International Level Abacus Arithmetic Competition 2023, the biggest event of the year 2023. This is a open competition that’s mean any abacus student can participate in this competition. This Competition will be held online on May, 5 to till 9th, 2023 and Exam time will be 10:00 am to 12:00pm.
About RGE Company:
Right Guide Edu-Tech (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated in the year 2015, a registered company by Government of india with registration number: 57140, which is fully managed by a team of experienced professionals. Our company organizes Mental Arithmetic Abacus competitions at the level of district, states, national, international competitions every year.
There are quite a few number of Companies offering Abacus Course as of now in Haryana as well as in other states of india or other country. Each of these companies conducts District, State, National and International Level Competition every year for the students where in the students of that company only participate and compete.
Main Purpose of Abacus Arithmetic Competition :
The main purpose of organizing these Open Competitions is to allow students of all the Companies to Compete at a Common Platform and develop a healthy competitive spirit amongst the participants while giving them an opportunity to showcase their talent in 1st International Level Abacus Arithmetic Competition 2023. We cordially invite you and your pupils to participate in this event & explore your arithmetical calculation skills.

Exam Fees –
Application Fees : Rs. 1200/-
Late fee for application after last due : Rs. 500/-
Payment Mode – We are accepting all mode of payments like : Cash / Cheque payable at Right Guide Edu-Tech ( India ) Pvt. Ltd. / DD / Neft / IMPS / UPI.

How to participate in this competition :
There are some simple steps to file your online application. Just follow these steps here:
Read all instructions carefully → Fill your all details in form → Pay your competition fee ⇒ Registration Completed
Just fill in the registration form which will be available on our RGE’s website www.rightguideedu.com and click on submit here and complete the required formalities. After the registration process student will be get their user ID and Password within 24 to 48 hours from their respective centers. Participants will get the access to their online practice papers only once the registration fee is paid to the company.
Student Login : After Successful registration of your application for International Level Abacus competition 2023, you will receive your login credential (details like Login ID Or User Name and Password) before 15 days of main exam if you have opted Advance login option along with your application, you will be receive your login credential same with in 24 to 48 hours at the time from registration.
CATEGORIES:
There are some categories like A,B,C,D according to the age of child, and you need to select your child age category according to students age during applying your application form of this competition.
Category Chart: Categories will be same as below chart.
JK- 5- 7 years (Below 7 years) Junior Kidzabacus
SK – 8- 14 years (Below 12 or above years) Senior Kidzabacus
A – 4- 7 years (Below 8 years)
B – 8-10 years (Below 11 years )
C – 11-13 years (Below 14 years)
D – 14-16 years (Below 17 years)
Examination Rights:
Right Guide Edu-Tech (India) Pvt. Ltd. holds all the rights to change Categories, Practice paper Format / Final Exam Paper format, Number of digits & rows in the Sum & Exam Dates and Time.
JK category Students will be using Abacus Instrument only.
A , B , C Category Students have option to do sums Mentally or with instrument.

Exam Related Information:
1) While Registering student have to complete their profile including photo upload & other details within 24 hou rs. If not done, Student account will be auto deleted.
2) While Registering Parents Official Email ID’s are not allowed. kindly Register with your valid email ID. E.g. Gmail, Yahoomail, Rediffmail.
3) Kindly enter student name correctly as same will be printed on the Participate & Winner Certificate.
4) Teachers / Parents / Coordinators must understand the categories [ MANDATORY ] in which your child is eligible for before Registration.
5) Number of categories are subject to Change.
6) Once the registration & other formalities are completed. Student will get 5 reattempts Practice Paper (one time only). Post that Practice Paper package Purchase option will be made available on students Dashboard.
System Requirement ( Laptop / PC ) for Online Examination:
1) Windows XP and Windows Vista operating system is not allowed as it is officially discarded by Microsoft in the Year 2014.
2) PC / Laptop have to be upgraded / updated.
3) Only Google Chrome and Firefox browser are allowed.
4) Computer configuration min Core 2 Duo (Dual-Core) with 4 GB Ram is required.
5) The User should check for any kinds of downloads running on the system for better performance. (including Windows updates)
6) Minimum 2 mbps (wifi ) internet speed is required .
7) Vodafone Idea & BSNL internet is not allowed.
8) Students can attempt their Exam from home (if they have Wifi (broadband).
9) Students can also Prefer Cyber cafe for better internet speed.
10) Laptop / PC connected through Mobile internet (non – reliable ) can create low internet speed. Right Guide Edu- Tech (I) Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to answer your issues / questions related to internet problems you are coming across with.
11) Webcam is COMPULSARY for Final Exam. On successful login the system will try to detect WEBCAM. Only on successful detection system will proceed further.
12) Last minute Webcam failure cases will not be considered while taking out the Final Result.
13) Power failure issues will not be entertained.
14) Right Guide Edu- Tech (I) Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any kind of internet issues happened at your side.
15) No Re-examination will be conducted for any of the Participant under any circumstances.
Results:

Result will be declared in 15 days after the exams over.

Result is system generated. Result once declared will stand final and NO queries will be entertained regarding the same.

Participation certificate & Winner Certificate will be made available for download on students dashboard after the results are declared.

Winners can collect their TROPHIES, MEDALS & from their respective Franchise/Co- ordinator/Teacher.
