An abacus competition is an event where participants demonstrate their skill and speed in performing mathematical calculations using an abacus, an ancient calculating tool. Our upcoming online abacus competition 2024 is an open competition. The competition typically involves various rounds of mental arithmetic challenges, where competitors are tasked with solving mathematical problems quickly and accurately without the aid of pen and paper or electronic devices.

Dear all Parents, School Managements, Abacus Coaching Center Owners,

We would like to invite you and your pupils to participate in the upcoming online abacus competition 2024. This is our 4th National Level Abacus Competition 2024 [ONLINE], which will be conducted from July 8 at 10:00 a.m. to July 12, 12:00 p.m.

Right Guide Edu-Tech (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated in 2015 and managed by a team of experienced professionals. Our company organizes mental arithmetic abacus competitions at the level of district, state, and country bases in different levels of district, state, national, and international competitions every year.

There are quite a few companies offering Abacus courses as of now in Haryana as well as in other states of India. Each of these companies conducts district-, state-, national-, and international-level competitions every year for the students, where the students of that company only participate and compete.

Objectives of the Abacus Competition:

The main purpose of organizing these open abacus competitions is to allow students from all the companies to compete on a common platform and develop a healthy competitive spirit amongst the participants while giving them an opportunity to showcase their talent at the 4th National Level Abacus Competition 2024. We cordially invite you to participate in these events and explore your arithmetical calculation skills.

How to participate in the Abacus Competition:

Just fill out your online registration form, which will be available on our RGE’s website, www.rightguideedu.com, click Apply Your Online Application, and complete all required participant details. After completion of the registration process, students will receive their user ID and password at their registered email address within 24 to 48 hours or from their respective centers. Participants will get access to their online practice papers once the registration fee is paid to the company.

Main Exam Date: July 8–12, 2024

Last date to submit online applications: 30-06-2024

Student Login: After successful registration of your application for the 4th National Level Abacus Competition 2024, you will receive your login credential (details like Login ID, User Name, and Password) within 24 to 48 hours of registration.

 

CATEGORIES:
There are some categories, like A, B, and C, according to the age of the child, and you need to select your child’s category according to the participant’s age when applying for this competition.

 

Category Chart: Categories will be the same as in the below chart.
JK (Junior Kidzabacus): 5–7 years (Below 7 years, child’s of age Category A can only participate in this term)
SK (Senior Kidzabacus): 8–14 years (Below 15 or above years, child’s of age Category B and C can only participate in this term)
A: 5–7 years (Below 7 years)
B: 8–10 years (Below 11 years )
C: 11–13 years (Below 14 years)

 

Examination Rights :
Right Guide Edu-Tech (India) Pvt. Ltd. holds all the rights to change categories, practice paper format, final exam paper format, number of digits and rows in the sum, exam dates, and time.
In the A, B, and C categories, students have the option to do sums mentally or with the abacus tool.

Exam-Related Information:
1.) While registering, participants have to check their profile, including photo uploads and other details, before final submission. You will receive an e-mail with your application on a registered e-mail account after the successful submission of your application. If you have made any mistakes in your application, you can change them within 24 hours. No changes will be made after this. Your application will be verified by our concerned person; if there is any change in your application, it will be deemed to be rejected for this competition.
2.) While registering parents, official email ID’s are not allowed. Please register with your valid email ID. E.g., Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Rediff Mail.
3.) Kindly enter the participant’s name correctly, as the same will be printed on the participation and winner certificates.
4.) Teachers, parents, and coordinators must understand the categories [MANDATORY] in which your child is eligible before registration.
5.) The number of categories is subject to change.
6.) Once the registration and other formalities are completed, the participant will get practice papers with unlimited attempts.
7.) The competition fee, once deposited, will not be refunded in any way.

 

System Requirement (Laptop/PC/Android Mobile and Tablet/IOS Mobile and Tablet) for Online Examination:
1.) Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 8 operating systems are not allowed, as they were officially discarded by Microsoft in 2014 and January 10, 2023.
2.) The PC, laptop, Android tablet, or mobile device has to be upgraded or updated.
3.) Only Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox browsers are allowed.
4.) Computer configuration: a minimum of a Core 2 Duo (Dual-Core) with 4 GB of RAM is required. Mobile configuration: a minimum of Android 10 with 2-4 GB of RAM is required.
5.) The user should check for any kinds of downloads running on the system for better performance. (including Windows updates)
6.) A minimum of 2 m.b.p.s. (wi-fi) internet speed is required.
7.) Vodafone Idea and BSNL Internet are not allowed.(Due to old technology and network fluctuations.)
8.) Students can attempt their exam from home if they have good internet strength on their mobile device or wi-fi (broadband).
9.) Students can also prefer cyber cafes for better internet speed.
10.) A laptop or PC connected through mobile internet (non-reliable) can create low internet speed. Right Guide Edu-Tech (I) Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to answer your issues or questions related to internet problems you are coming across.
11.) Power failure issues will not be entertained.
12.) Right Guide Edu-Tech (I) Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any kind of internet issue that happens on your side.
13.) A webcam is required for the final exam. On successful login, the system will try to detect WEBCAM. Only a successful detection system will proceed further with the start of the exam.
14.) Last-minute webcam failure cases will not be considered when taking out the final result.
15.) No re-examination will be conducted for any of the participants under any circumstances once the exam is submitted.

 

Examination Results:
1.) The results will be declared 15 days after the exams are over. The date is 27-07-2024
2.) The result is system-generated. The result, once declared, will stand as final, and no queries will be entertained regarding the same.
3.) The participation certificate and winner certificate will be made available for download on the student dashboards after the results are declared.
4.) Winners can collect their trophies, medals, and certificates from their respective franchise, coordinator, teacher, or trainer.

Positions
1st: Trophy + Position Certificate (for each category)
2nd: Trophy + Position Certificate (for each category)
Excellence Position: Gold Medal + Excellence Certificate for those participants who got 100 marks but didn’t get any positions.(for each Category)
Participation certificates are given to all students who have participated in this competition.
